Role & Responsibilities

  • Proven work experience in recruitment, as a Technical Recruiter
  • Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various  roles
  • Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Reviewing and Shortlisting of Profiles from job portals, networking sites, and referencing networking.
  • Keeping track of all applicants and informing applicants on the application process.
  • Sharing feedback to candidate posts each round
