The project is about developing an iOS mobile application for a popular health and fitness organization that deals with social fitness, remote training, calorie, and activity tracking. The client was keen to make health and fitness accessible and inclusive by providing the tools, information, and support necessary to achieve personal goals. They were in look for a single mobile platform for fitness and nutrition enthusiastic.
We developed a mobile application from the perspective of business users and consumers, that focuses on health and fitness tracking. It takes care of all major fitness-related activities like fitness schedules, remote training, calorie counting, activity tracking etc. Business users can toggle between business accounts and personal accounts through a single login and the default is set to the ‘consumer’ option while logging in.
The mobile app uses arithmetic formulas to calculate the daily intake of calories. There is a customized payment gateway integration for the marketplace eCommerce integration. There is usage of generic APIs for fitness and nutrition programs.
