The 32nd foundation day celebrations began on the D-day evening, with all proud SPEC colleagues eagerly looking forward to enjoying the function. Our creative SPECtorious team had planned a series of events for the evening, which indeed were very well-planned, entertaining and innovative.
The beautiful evening started with a cake cutting ceremony, with all organizational leaders coming together to celebrate the company’s birthday. Seeing happiness and excitement from the 200+ family of consultants – rejoicing, dancing, making merry and spreading joy all around was a sheer delight.
We had scintillating solo and group performances by our enthusiastic SPECalites, in a variety of categories like
- Singing & Musical Instruments
- Stand Up Comedy
Our expert panel of judges were looking for the right mix of stage presence, confidence, audience engagement, creativity, quality of performance, uniqueness and coordination (for group performances). It was a tough job for them, as all participants were equally competent and deserved a loud round of applause.
The prize announcements soon after the performances was followed by the long-anticipated speech by the CEO, recalling how it all began; the initial days, the lucky breaks, the obstacles, the people who stood by and the continuing expansions of the setup with the expanding team. A most passionate journey down the memory lane making us honored of the remarkable organization that we all are a part of today!
The cake & dinner pleased all till the very end of the evening which almost stretched to the midnight as SPEC INDIA celebrated its journey till now.
We @ SPEC INDIA feel proud of traversing this wonderful journey of 32 years, with sustained growth and success all the way. We also feel happy that along with dedicated work and creative technical results, our task force is just as capable of proving their worth in multifaceted arenas.
We look forward for many more such events and zealous participation of our task force. After all, ‘All work and no play makes a SPECalite a dull person’!
