The client is a German company that specializes into providing CRM solutions for eCommerce and Retail stores. They are a growing provider for analytical CRM and Consumer targeting systems in the B2C retail market.

Key Challenges
Certain clients of this company run local and eCommerce retail business and were looking for a platform to know their customers better and optimize product promotions across various channels.
Hence there was a need to create a marketing automation/campaign management software based on an existing, standardized back end (database + ETL), that the company had built. At the same time the system should have had rich yet user-friendly graphics and a responsive design concept.

Our Solution
Objective: Design and Development of web based CRM Targeting System for marketing campaigns management and exist as a part of the entire CRM platform of the customer.
The project was divided in to 2 phases.
The other key-highlights of this solution are:
- CRM is implemented based on SaaS model. It is a web-based system supporting responsive design concept.
- It is multi-tenant and multi-lingual web application built on robust architecture.
- It has Meta driven GUI. Admin has full control over UI for showing tenant specific attributes on screen.
- The system facilitates user to define and run campaign after combining target groups, shop groups and user groups together with targeting, channels, service providers, timings and export definitions.
