Hence there was a need to create a marketing automation/campaign management software based on an existing, standardized back end (database + ETL), that the company had built. At the same time, the system should have had rich yet user-friendly graphics and a responsive design concept.


Objective: Design and Development of data-centric web-based Retail CRM software for marketing campaign management and exist as a part of the entire CRM platform of the customer.

The Retail CRM software generates multi-page dashboard like visual reports which helps customer to focus on offering more precise and concentrated solution to the targeted end-users.

It integrates with third party services and APIs like Inxmail and IQ-Sales within the CRM according to end-user specific requirement to make the entire solution more flexible and reliable.
