The client was in the need of a solution to mine their clients and gain information to be used in tracking and marketing to the clients across various points of contact.
There was a need to process streaming big data in big volumes that intended to target high accuracy of the marketing strategies.
The client had to develop a marketing automation and campaign management system based on the client’s established standardized back end (database + ETL).
The system should be able to incorporate complex image processing and display capabilities along with the ability to contain multiple applications within a single site.
